Questions before you buy
Do I need Wi-Fi?
No. The camera connects over 4G LTE through a built-in Qualcomm module, so it works where there is no router at all, as long as there is cellular coverage at the site.
Do I need to buy a SIM card?
No. It uses a built-in eSIM. There is no card to insert.
How does the data plan work?
Every camera includes 100MB of free trial data. When you need more, choose a plan in the app: $11.99 a month (renews at $19.99) or $99.99 a year.
Does it need a power outlet?
No. The included solar panel charges a 9200mAh battery, so there are no power cords to run.
Can I record without a subscription?
Yes. Insert a micro SD card up to 256GB (sold separately) to record locally.
Does it work with Alexa or Google Home?
Yes. Stream it to an Amazon Alexa or Google Home display, or watch in the Aurumbach Smart app or a web browser.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $49.99 to the contiguous US ($7.99 below that). Express shipping is $18.99. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
What if it isn't right for me?
You can return it within 14 days. Email support@aurumbach.com and we'll help.
